Deskr’s customer support module covers the full support stack: live chat, email ticket management, social media inbox integration, and an AI-powered knowledge base that deflects common queries before they reach a human agent. AI handles first-line triage — automatically categorising, prioritising, and routing tickets. SLA management and escalation rules are set through prompting.

AI Telecalling

Deskr includes native AI-powered voice calling infrastructure — enabling businesses to run outbound calling campaigns and receive inbound calls through an AI assistant. All call data is captured, transcribed, and linked to the relevant CRM record automatically.

CRM

The Deskr CRM unifies every customer interaction — support tickets, email threads, call transcripts, purchase history, and marketing campaign engagement — in a single customer timeline. Sales pipelines are visual and AI-powered with next-best-action recommendations and deal health scoring.

Project Management

Running our own operations across 15+ portfolio companies made the fragmentation problem impossible to ignore. Support tickets lived in one tool. Project tasks lived in another. Customer relationships were tracked in a third. Documentation was scattered across drives and wikis. Connecting them required Zapier integrations that broke silently and custom workflows that needed constant maintenance.
